Message It probably means you have a vacuum leak and air is getting in
elsewhere, so even with the IAC closed all the way it's still more
than necessary. If you search you'll find a ton of posts about
high idle.
Also, every car is going to be a bit different so there's not much
point in setting the base idle off of somebody else's car. Besides,
the base idle screw isn't going to do anything if you're idling
really high anyways.
