Message	It probably means you have a vacuum leak and air is getting in elsewhere, so even with the IAC closed all the way it's still more than necessary. If you search you'll find a ton of posts about high idle. Also, every car is going to be a bit different so there's not much point in setting the base idle off of somebody else's car.
